Refund & Return Policy

Returns

All items are carefully packaged with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers.

However, regretfully, should your product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will resend you a replacement at our expense.  Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Refunds and exchanges will be issued at the discretion of La Bella Aroma Candle Co.

Refunds


If you change your mind on your purchase, the product must not be used or damaged by you in any way, and must be returned in its original packaging. It must be returned at your expense. We will offer you a full refund of your purchase. The cost of postage will not be refunded, and the refund will be processed once the product has reached our office and has been inspected.

Cancellations

Please note that if you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, a $10 cancellation fee will be incurred.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date, and in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging.

 

Return Process.

To return an item, please email customer service at labellaaromacandleco@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
